Dinner can be arranged during your stay at reception or in the restaurant.

In the main winter and summer season, animation usually takes place every day except Mondays from 9:30 to 12:00 and then from 15:00 to 18:00.

Outside the high season - Friday afternoon, Saturday morning and afternoon, Sunday - morning only. The current programme can be found at the hotel reception.

Benefit cards can of course be used with us, but when booking you must choose the "stay with breakfast/half board - payment at the hotel" option. Upon arrival, you must notify the hotel reception that you wish to pay for your stay with a benefit card or vouchers.

If you want to pay part or all of your stay from the FKSP, select the FKSP offer in the offer section. When booking, enter the promo code "FKSP", select "Stay with breakfast - FKSP" or "Stay with half board - FKSP" and add the billing information to the note to create an advance invoice.

The FKSP booking can be made up to 14 days before the planned arrival and must also be paid up to 14 days before the planned arrival.

Please note that in accordance with the VAT Act, we only issue an advance payment slip (proforma invoice). The tax invoice will be issued by the hotel upon receipt of payment.

The view of the Velký Javor is only from the executive rooms. If you have booked a Deluxe room in the back of the hotel complex, it is possible to change the room type to Executive for an additional fee, if the hotel capacity allows.

Yes, baby cots for children up to 2 years old and high chairs in the restaurant are free of charge.

We have a lockable storage room for bikes and skis. We recommend bringing your own bike locks. Please use your room card to access the storage room.

Bicycles are not allowed in the room for hygiene and operational reasons.

Our rooms can accommodate either a baby cot or an extra bed. Unfortunately, we cannot fit both in the room for your comfort. If you have 2 children, we recommend booking family rooms.

You can bring your pets. Accommodation is available in rooms of all types. The extra charge for one pet is 800 CZK/night.

Parking information is always written in the detailed description of each offer and should be included in your booking confirmation. For individual guests who make a reservation through our hotel OREA site, the hotel's reservations department or directly through the hotel's front desk, it is included in the price of your stay. This does not apply to groups. We have ample parking spaces available. Therefore, we do not reserve them in advance.

The Špičák train station is 4 km from the hotel (we recommend ordering a taxi in advance - 603 243 525)

The pool has a temperature of 27-28 °C and is available to hotel guests free of charge throughout their stay from 8 am to 12 pm, then from 1 pm to 9 pm.

You can arrive at the hotel at any time. The reception is open 24 hours a day. Your room should be ready no later than 14:00. If your room is ready earlier, we will be happy to accommodate you. However, earlier check-in is not a matter of course. Your arrival time can be written in the reservation note.

An unfilled minibar fridge is included in all rooms and guests are advised to contact reception for delivery of the minibar range. A price list with the M-bar offer is available in each room.

Yes, guests can borrow a bathrobe in their room for free during their stay.
